1. Who we are and our role
Abpreiz Global Ventures, trading as Lumetra Shield360, is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We decide what data is collected, why, and how it is used. Where we engage suppliers to process data on our behalf, they act as processors under contract with us.

2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, login credentials, business name and role.
- Service data: assessment and health check responses, action plans, risk records, incident reports and any files you upload.
- Support data: messages, tickets and correspondence with our team.
- Usage and technical data: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed and basic product events.
- Order data: subscription status and plan. Card and billing details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us.
3. How we use your information and our legal basis
- Providing the service — creating your account, calculating your security score, generating recommendations. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Billing and subscription management — activating and maintaining your plan. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Customer support — responding to your requests. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Security, fraud prevention and service reliability — protecting accounts and preventing misuse. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Product improvement and analytics — understanding how features are used. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Marketing communications — sending product updates where you have opted in. Legal basis: consent (withdrawable at any time).
- Legal and tax compliance — meeting obligations that apply to us. Legal basis: legal obligation.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal or business information. We share limited data with the following categories of recipients:
- Merchant of Record — Paddle.com Market Ltd: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and receives the personal data needed to sell the product, manage subscriptions, take payments, handle tax compliance, issue invoices, and process refunds and customer service enquiries. Paddle processes this data as a controller in its own right for those purposes. See Paddle's privacy notice at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
- Service providers and subprocessors: hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, analytics and support tooling, and AI providers used to generate recommendations — all under contractual confidentiality and security terms.
- Professional advisers: legal, accounting and audit advisers where necessary.
- Authorities: regulators or law enforcement where we are required to do so by law.
5. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where we must keep records longer to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your data, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise most of these directly in your account settings, or by emailing hello@lumetrashield360.com. We respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, least-privilege database policies and regular backups. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including by providers located outside your region. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
