You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials safe.

Use the platform only for lawful purposes and only for your own organisation's cybersecurity readiness. See our Acceptable Use Policy for detail.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with prior notice.
4. Trials
Where a trial is offered, terms are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, trials do not auto-convert without your consent.
5. No security guarantee
Shield360 helps you identify and reduce risk. No cybersecurity service can guarantee that your business will not experience a security incident.
6. Content ownership
You own your business data. You grant us the right to process it to provide the service.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Lumetra Shield360 in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes.
