1. Who you are contracting with
Lumetra Shield360 is owned and operated by Abpreiz Global Ventures (trading as Lumetra Shield360), referred to here as "we", "us" or "the seller". When you subscribe to or use the service, you are contracting with Abpreiz Global Ventures. Contact: hello@lumetrashield360.com.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a plan or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Shield360 on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping it up to date, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
4. Acceptable use and misuse
Use the platform only for lawful purposes and only for your own organisation's cybersecurity readiness. You must not:
- use the service unlawfully or in breach of applicable regulations;
- commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate others;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including malware, probing, penetration testing without written consent, scraping, or circumventing technical or plan limits;
- reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

5. Payments, billing and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with prior notice.
6. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are handled by Paddle — see our Refund Policy for how to request one.
7. Trials
Where a trial is offered, the terms are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, trials do not convert to a paid plan without your consent.
8. Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. Abpreiz Global Ventures retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, content, documentation and branding. You own your business data and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
9. Service level and no security guarantee
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Shield360 helps you identify and reduce risk; no cybersecurity service can guarantee that your business will not experience a security incident. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable window, after which it may be deleted.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
14. Governing law and contact
